Andrew D. Hart, Jr., Co-Founder

Andrew D. Hart, Jr. was an Advisory Director of Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc., a global executive search firm headquartered in New York.  An Executive Vice President and one of the Firm's Partners, he served on the Board of Directors for 20 years and was actively involved in the Firm's management until his retirement in June of 1998. Earlier, he spent 15 years in management positions with Westvaco Corporation and Federal Paper Board Company.

An Alumnus of the University of Virginia (UVA), Mr. Hart was a founding member of the College of Arts & Sciences Foundation, an Advisory Director of the UVA Health System Heart Center, on the Governing Council of the Miller Center of Public Affairs at UVA, and a former Trustee of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation.
